The no-code module and the CRM module support interlinking
The system adds the application join center, and adds the data association field to the custom fields of side-by-side CRM customer management
Introduction to the Application Connection Center: The custom module is associated with the module in the CRM, and you need to create a bridge module in the application connection center to associate the custom module with the module in the CRM, and the bridge module is the image module in the CRM.
For example, you need to add an "Order" module to the CRM, and the relationship between the order module and the module in the CRM is as follows: you need to associate a contract when creating an order, and you need to associate an order when creating a payment. The configuration is as follows:
1. First of all, create a custom order module in the application management
The Orders module needs to contain a data association field, which needs to be associated with the Contract 1 module of the application join hub
2. First, configure the association between the order and the contract
1) Create a CRM app in the App Connection Center
2) Create a new contract image module "Contract 1" under the new application (Note: which module in the CRM needs to be associated with in the no-code, you need to create the same module as the CRM in the application connection center), and select "Contract" in the CRM when creating the associated module in Contract 1
3) Configure the fields of the "Contract 1" module, which are consistent with the fields of the contract module of the CRM
4) After the field configuration is completed, match the fields in the contract module and the contract 1 module, and click publish after the matching is completed, you can associate the contract data under the CRM application when creating the orderDescription: match the current module field with the CRM module field, and the corresponding field information in the CRM module can be called after the matching is successful. Application scenario: The customized order module needs to be associated with the contract module in the CRM and display the "Contract Number" field, and the two fields of "Contract Amount and Date of Signing" need to be displayed after the order association contract is created. (2) Match these three fields with those in the target module (contract) in the current module "Configure Correlation Relationship"; (3) After the field matching is completed, configure these three fields in the order module; (4) After the configuration is completed, these three fields of the CRM contract module can be called and displayed when the order is created at the front desk.
3. The association between the order and the payment
1) You can continue to create the image module "Payment Collection 1" under the connection application created in the previous step, and select the payment collection module in CRM when creating Payment Collection 1
2) To configure the fields of the "Payment Collection 1" module, you need to configure the main field (payment number) and data association field that can match the payment module (you need to configure the association module as the order module)
3) Data association fields need to be added to the custom fields >> customer management >> payment settings >> customer management in the system
4) After the field configuration is completed, match the payment number and data association fields in the payment collection module and the payment collection 1 module, and click Publish after the matching is completed, and you can associate the data of the order module when creating the payment collection
4. Display the customized order module under the CRM application
1) Go to the Settings >> of the App Management >> Core Apps >> Customer Management
2) Create a new menu: The application to which the menu points is the application to which the order module belongs, the module to which the menu points is the order module, and the menu title is the order
3) After the menu is added successfully, you can drag and drop the menu to any position
4) At this time, you can see the order module under the CRM application, and you can associate the existing contract module when creating the order, and you can associate the order module when creating the payment
